About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial / Commercial Engineer to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO in a leading maritime and shipyard solutions organization. This unique position combines engineering expertise with executive-level administratyive support, offering exposure to commercial operations, project management, and administrative leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the CEO's right-hand, providing strategic and operational support across multiple business functions.
  • Assist in planning and execution of engineering projects related to shipyard and maritime systems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and executive communications.
  • Support commercial activities, including client proposals, cost analysis, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all engineering and operational activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Systems Engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of maritime industrial / shipyard or industrial processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage executive-level priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
