Job Description

Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Manager – Miramar, FL

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Manager to join a respected specialty healthcare organization, providing a wide variety of diagnostic services and treatment options for women in Miramar, FL. This full-time, onsite opportunity is ideal for an experienced revenue cycle leader who enjoys a hands-on role while building and managing an in-house billing department.


Schedule

  • Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Fridays, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm


Compensation

  • $75,000 – $80,000 annually (depending on experience)

Daily Responsibilities

  • Assign oversight to daily revenue cycle operations including billing, AR, denials, and appeals
  • Review coding and billing accuracy to ensure compliance and proper reimbursement
  • Oversee a team of billing/RCM staff 4-5 and vendors


Qualifications

  • Experience managing billing teams and/or vendors
  • Active coding or billing certification (CPC, CPB, CCS, or similar)
  • Strong background in physician practice billing - gynecology, oncology or surgical billing
  • Experience with Data analysis- AR reports, identifying trends, assigning staff with priorities, excellent communication skills, solid data management (good ability to work spreadsheets)
