We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer who will be responsible for directing and coordinating the design of engineering projects and staff. Must be experienced in design and project management of engineering projects, including roadways, drainage, water and sewer systems, drainage systems, and land development projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the planning, design, and permitting of civil, land development, and infrastructure projects.

Prepare and modify engineering documents, including reports, plans, cost estimates, and construction schedules.

Perform engineering design and drafting using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Conduct engineering calculations and apply advanced mathematical and technical principles.

Collaborate closely with team members on project deliverables and timelines.

Take ownership of assigned project components and contribute to overall project success.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

2+ years of relevant local design experience

Familiarity with local regulatory agency requirements and permitting processes.

EIT Certification or active registration for the FE exam.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
