About the Role:
RC Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Director of Security for our RCAM Florida division. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all security operations for a large mixed-use residential and resort community, ensuring the safety of residents, guests, employees, and community assets.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage a team of 17–25 security professionals, including gate officers, patrol/rover staff, and supervisors.

Oversee 24/7 security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response.

Develop staffing schedules, SOPs, training programs, and emergency preparedness protocols.

Ensure compliance with licensing, certifications, and regulatory requirements.

Partner with HOA Boards, property management, and local law enforcement to maintain a safe environment.

Analyze security trends, respond to incidents, and recommend improvements.

Manage vendor relationships and contribute to budget and capital planning.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in security, law enforcement, military leadership, emergency services, or community security.

Proven experience supervising multi-person security teams in residential, hospitality, or resort environments.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV/surveillance, and incident reporting systems.

CPR/First Aid certification required (or obtain within 90 days).
- Valid driver’s license required; security certifications/state licenses preferred.
Compensation:
Starting salary for this position will be $63,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
