Repossession Agent (Repo Agent)
We are seeking a reliable and professional Repossession Agent to join our growing recovery team. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, securing, and recovering vehicles and other collateral on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities:

Locate and recover assigned vehicles or collateral.
</li>
<li>
Operate recovery vehicles and equipment safely.
</li>
<li>
Document repossessions with accurate notes, photos, and condition reports.
</li>
<li>
Communicate with dispatch and management throughout recovery process.
</li>
<li>
Follow all state, federal, and company repossession policy and guidelines.
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
</li>
<li>
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
</li>
<li>
Experience in repossession, towing, or related field preferred.
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and observation skills.
</li>
<li>
Must be able to drive own vehicle to multiple lots as required.
</li>
