At Valve Research & Manufacturing, we are not just about making parts; we create the future. As a Precision Quality Analyst, you will be critical in verifying product quality from start to finish, ensuring our reputation remains sterling in the world of aerospace and oceanography.

Day-to-Day Excellence

• Scrutinize incoming, in-process, and completed products against precise engineering diagrams.
• Leverage tools including calipers and bore gauges to perform meticulous inspections.
• Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) for AS9102 compliance.
• Consistently identify and record any defects or dimensional errors.
• Collaboratively resolve quality issues with production teams.

Your Qualifications

• Bring 2–5 years of inspection experience from a manufacturing background.
• Detail-oriented skills to measure intervals accurately to ±.0005”.
• Read and interpret complex engineering sketches, and utilize GD&T.
• Familiar with critical measurement tools and basic computing software.
• Aptitude for thorough AS9102 First Article Inspection documentation.
• Exceptional scrutiny skills with a capacity for independent problem resolution.
• Ability to comply with required background and drug tests.

• Previous aerospace sector experience.
• Visual inspection skills in unique processes like anodizing.
• Insight into ISO/AS quality systems.
• Experience with CMM and Visual System Machines.
