- Customer service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about the menu, and take orders accurately.
- Food and beverage preparation: Prepare and serve all menu items, including smoothies, acai bowls, salads, and wraps, according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Point-of-sale (POS) operations: Operate the cash register to process customer transactions, handle cash and credit payments, and manage cash in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Cleanliness and sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the kitchen, prep areas, and dining space, by following all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Stocking and organization: Restock ingredients and supplies as needed, and assist with other duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and meet sales goals.
