Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Care Management: Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses as well as provide preventive care for patients aged 13 and older.
  • Procedures: Perform pap smears, pelvic exams and other minor office procedures.
  • Clinical Coordination: Manage patient test results, messages, prior authorizations, prescription refills, and forms in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, help develop standards of care, and support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Efficient Documentation: Complete patient charts promptly and accurately.
  • On-Call Rotation (Phone Only): Share after-hours call responsibilities with the clinical team.



Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a primary care setting.
  • Licensure: Active Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Certification: Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card.
  • Passion for Primary Care: Committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Comfortable seeing ~20 patients daily and working independently.
  • Team Player & Problem Solver: Willing to learn, grow, and collaborate effectively.
  • Resourceful: Able to manage resources responsibly and adapt to changing patient needs.
