Job Responsibilities
- Greet prospects and provide engaging property tours
- Close leases and process applications accurately
- Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with rent collection, delinquency management, and reporting
- Support property manager with administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in leasing or assistant property management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of property management software preferred
