From freight forwarding to final installation, BCI Worldwide handles the entire life cycle of any hotel pre-opening or renovation project. We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to work in our corporate Lakewood Ranch, FL location.

Primary Responsibilities:

Administrative and management role for the operations team focusing on project cost reporting, enhancing customer experiences along with the daily interface of our vendor and field project management resources.

You should currently be in a project management role, be able to manage time and resources effectively, prioritize tasks, communicate openly and clearly, be innovative and have excellent problem - solving skills. Position could require occasional out of area travel.

‪Key Skills and Knowledge:

· Project expense tracking.

· Familiarity with architectural drawings and floor plans.

· Strong verbal and phone skills

· Proficient computer skills – Especially Excel

· Able to multi- task.

· Experience in managing vendors and multiple project teams.
