As a Leasing Consultant, you’re more than just the first point of contact — you’re the energy, the guide, and the problem-solver who helps people find their perfect space. If you're upbeat, goal-driven, and passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the welcoming, professional face of our community — whether in person, on the phone, or online, making every interaction count!
- Create genuine connections by truly listening to prospects and guiding them confidently to their perfect new home.
- Lead fun, engaging tours that highlight our property’s standout features and leave prospects excited to join the community.
- Stay proactive with timely follow-ups that turn interested prospects into happy, satisfied residents.
- Handle lease applications smoothly and accurately, ensuring a seamless move-in experience.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to deliver clear resident communications, maintain daily reports, and power up marketing initiatives.
- Keep our model and vacant apartments sparkling — always ready to impress and inspire.
- Drive community buzz every day through creative marketing and outreach that puts us in the spotlight.
- Jump in to assist residents with questions or concerns, making sure everyone feels heard, valued, and truly at home.
What You’ll Bring:
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for helping people
- Sales, leasing, or customer service experience (preferred but not required — we train the right people)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Familiarity with Yardi 7S is a plus
- A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
