Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting located in Naples, FL. This contract position runs from January 5, 2026, through June 1, 2026, providing services primarily in school environments serving children and adolescents across multiple locations within the region.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluations and speech-language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting therapy methods as needed
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and school policies regarding speech-language pathology services
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Florida teacher certification and/or current license in speech-language pathology
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status accepted
- Supervision experience preferred if considering Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills tailored to K-12 educational settings
Location & Schedule:
- Based in Naples, FL with services primarily in multiple schools, including locations in the East Zone area nearby
- Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week; part-time options may be considered
- On-site work only
