Responsibilities

  • Follow up with provided leads and manage your pipeline
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations using team models
  • Host open houses and attend showings
  • Negotiate contracts and handle all aspects of the transaction
  • Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing coaching
  • Meet weekly productivity and goal benchmarks


Requirements

  • Active Florida real estate license (REQUIRED)
  • Coachable and growth-minded
  • Able to follow systems and hit activity goals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability team
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
