 Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - West Palm Beach, FL Preferred Home Care of Florida, a Medicare Home Health Agency, is hiring Per-Diem PTs! Therapists will provide home based services such as evaluations, assessment and treatment. Requirements:

<li>Florida State PT License</li>
<li>CPR Certification</li>
<li>Malpractice Insurance</li>
<li>Recent Physical Exam</li>
<li>3 Years PT experience</li>
</ul>
