Your Mission as a Market Leader:
As the Market Leader, you'll be the engine of our business in your market-leading store with accountability, energy, and a laser focus on increasing sales and building the right team to support long-term growth.
Core Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Sales Growth:

Own your store’s success — sales must grow monthly through community engagement, partnerships, and creative local marketing efforts.

Build meaningful relationships with influencers, fitness partners, small businesses, and community organizations both inside and outside the store.

Be visible—on the floor, at events, and in the community—to build awareness, excitement, and conversion.
Operations & Store Experience:

Create a dynamic in-store experience that reflects Fitlife’s brand — clean, energized, and always ready for a first impression.

Maintain daily excellence to keep the store running smoothly, from merchandising to cleanliness to customer service.
Team Leadership & Strategic Staffing:

Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 5–7 individuals — only the right people in the right seats.

Lead your team to deliver exceptional service and hit individual and store sales targets.

Provide real-time coaching and feedback. Celebrate wins and address performance gaps quickly.

Create a culture of accountability, growth, fun, and hospitality — where the team is motivated to hit goals and serve passionately.
Financial Accountability:

Own your store’s performance — analyze your P&L, manage labor and inventory costs, and take strategic action to meet and exceed sales targets.

Use sales reports, KPIs, and trends to coach your team and adjust store execution.
Market Communication & Innovation:

Act as your store's voice with Retail Leadership — sharing insights, challenges, and solutions regularly.

Innovate around challenges — if something isn’t working, be the first to raise your hand and find a better way.

What You Bring to the Table:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

2–3 years of experience in retail, sales, fitness, hospitality, or dining management with proven P&L ownership.

Strong experience hiring, developing, and leading teams — ideally in multi-unit or fast-paced environments.

Sales-driven mindset with a competitive spirit and a passion for winning.

High emotional intelligence, outstanding communication, and optimism in the face of challenges.
