What Youll Be Doing
As an ESE Teacher in Land O' Lakes, FL, youll work with students who have a wide range of exceptionalities, supporting their academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development. Responsibilities include developing and implementing IEPs, collaborating with general education staff, differentiating instruction, and creating an inclusive classroom environment that promotes student achievement and growth.
Qualifications and Licensure
Candidates must hold a valid Florida Educator Certificate with an Exceptional Student Education (ESE) endorsement. Experience with IEP compliance, inclusive teaching strategies, and behavior support in a K12 setting is strongly preferred.
