Job DescriptionParalegal Established (10+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Paralegal for Legal Support & Case Management in Boca Raton, FLAn established firm based in Boca Raton with over 10 years in practice is seeking a Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Paralegal will have experience with legal research, drafting, and case preparation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and supporting attorneys in Business litigation and advisory matters. Offer:
Salary range: $65,000-$100,000, contingent on experience

Paid time off and holidays Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least 2+ of experience in a paralegal role, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department.
A paralegal certificate or degree in legal studies is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems is preferred. Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, filings, and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
Manage case files and maintain document databases.
Coordinate with clients, courts, and other stakeholders as needed.
