We are seeking a Phlebotomist who is skilled, reliable, and comfortable working in both a traditional outpatient clinic setting and a mobile outreach environment. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and patient interaction in different settings.
What You’ll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with accuracy and care.
- Collect, label, and process specimens per standard protocols.
- Provide friendly, professional patient care in both the clinic and mobile unit.
- Travel locally with the mobile team to serve patients in community-based settings.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and infection control procedures.
- Support clinic staff with additional duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training preferred.
- Previous phlebotomy experience strongly preferred (outpatient or mobile a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to put patients at ease.
- Flexible, dependable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred
- Male candidate (to balance our clinical team and meet certain patient preferences).
- Experience in mobile or community healthcare.
