Job DescriptionFull time/Part time Dental Assistant
Burned out on Corporate Dentistry yet?? With fewer and fewer privately owned practices left, this could be a life changing opportunity!Are you an experienced Dental Assistant a passion for learning and changing lives? Yes, change lives, not “doing dentistry”. Our growing dental practice is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team, care for our large family patients referred to as “customers” by corporate dentistry offices. We are seeking an honest, motivated individual for our 'big three focus philosophy:'

What We’re Looking For:
-Minimum of 2 years dental assisting experience -Expanded functions and radiology certification (highly incentivized, however not required)-Excellent communication and patient care skills-Strong organizational/ multitasking skills-Knowledge of Denticon not required, however certainly a bonus
Responsibilities Include:
-Clinical operations to ensure quality patient care, and overall efficiency in clinical operations.-Clear communications with patients, as well as clinical and front office team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience.-Forward thinking, and problem solving attitude
-Treatment planning-Ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols amongst entire clinical team
