What You’ll Do as an AMP Team Agent:

Attend and participate in weekly Zoom and in-person training sessions

Guide buyers and sellers through successful real estate transactions using proven AMP Team Systems

Deliver exceptional client experiences - commissions follow when the service comes first

Manage leads using our team-provided CRM and follow-up systems

Host open houses, client appreciation events, and community activities

Communicate consistently with clients, team leaders, and transaction support staff

Continuously develop your skills, market knowledge, and personal brand
What We’re Looking For:

Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker Associate License

Full-time or near full-time availability

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Coachable and willing to follow proven, duplicatable systems

Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM, email, and Microsoft Office

Highly motivated, ethical, and committed to personal growth

Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity - with no income cap. Your success is supported but never limited.
