About the Role:
We’re looking for driven, compassionate individuals who can connect with people in crisis, speak with confidence, and guide them toward a life-saving solutions.
As an Admissions Coordinator, you’ll be the first voice someone hears when they’re thinking about getting help for alcohol or drug addiction. You’ll need to ask tough questions with empathy, collect insurance info, and walk them through what it means to take time off work to get better. You’re not just taking calls, you’re helping people take their first step toward a new life.
What We’re Looking For:

✅ Comfortable with phones, multitasking, and using computer systems
✅ Emotionally intelligent – can stay calm under pressure and handle emotionally heavy calls

Bonus if you have:
Experience in sales, customer service, or admissions
Knowledge of insurance verification and healthcare terminology
Lived Experience of being in recovery
