Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Test Center Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Miami, Florida. This position offers a flexible schedule, requiring availability Monday through Saturday and occasional evening or Sunday hours. The role is part-time, with an expectation of approximately 20 hours per week, and may include additional hours based on operational needs.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and verify the identification of examinees upon arrival.
• Conduct necessary security checks, such as wand inspections, to ensure compliance.
• Monitor candidates throughout their testing process to maintain a secure and fair environment.
• Address candidate concerns promptly and report any irregularities according to established guidelines.
• Safeguard testing materials and maintain the integrity of the test center at all times.
• Ensure all candidates experience an attentive and comfortable testing environment.
• Document and report occurrences that fall outside company policies.
• Represent the organization's core values and mission in daily operations.
• Perform tasks such as digitally scanning candidate fingerprints, if applicable.
• Assist with equipment setup and maintenance in the test center.• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in-person roles such as retail or hospitality.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including Office and web browsers.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail in interaction and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and handle small tools for equipment packing and installation.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain stationary for extended periods.
• Visual acuity to monitor computer screens and testing rooms effectively.
• Flexibility to move through the testing area regularly and escort candidates as needed.
