About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Cleaner & Warehouse Support Associate. This dual-role position is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across our plant, warehouse office, and common areas. During peak operational periods, you will also assist with warehouse pick and pack tasks to support our Ecom team.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning Duties:
- Clean and sanitize floors, warehouse offices, break rooms, restrooms, and other common areas.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.) in restrooms and common areas.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly.
Warehouse Support (Peak Times):
- Assist with picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Help with organizing and restocking inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in warehouse areas.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 30 lbs] and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Work Schedule
- 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
- 40 hours per week.
