Join a well-respected regional defense firm as a Paralegal!
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to support our attorneys in handling high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• This firm is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
• This is a full-time on-site position

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft motions, notices, orders, and other legal documents
• Manage correspondence and communicate with opposing counsel, judicial assistants, and more
• Handle calendaring, scheduling, and eFiling
• Assist with trial and deposition preparation
• Bill for a partner or busy associate

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of insurance defense medical malpractice litigation experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Aderant Total Office is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
