Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician

Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care

Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Shift Details

Start Date: ASAP 
</li>

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (PM Shift) 
</li>
<li>
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 
</li>
<li>
Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed 
</li>

 Requirements
<ul>
<li>
Active Florida LPN license in good standing 
</li>
<li>
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (preferred) 
</li>
<li>
Current BLS/CPR certification 
</li>
<li>
Ability to work a 12-hour day shift (7A–7P) 
</li>
<li>
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance 
</li>
<li>
Compliance with all facility and state requirements 
</li>
