BDI Marine Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Steel TIG Welder to join our growing team. We specialize in marine construction and heavy civil projects throughout South Florida.

Responsibilities
<ul>

Perform high-quality TIG welding on carbon steel and structural steel components
</li>
<li>
Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
</li>
<li>
Fabricate and assemble metal structures per specifications
</li>
<li>
Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
</li>
<li>
Maintain welding equipment and tools
</li>
<li>
Work closely with field crews and supervisors
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Minimum 3+ years TIG welding experience (steel required)
</li>
<li>
Ability to pass a weld test
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of structural fabrication
</li>
<li>
Experience in construction or marine industry preferred
</li>
<li>
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
</li>
<li>
Reliable transportation
