Now Hiring: Starbucks General Manager
South Florida
$55,000 $60,000 + performance bonus
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Starbucks General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
What Youll Do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Lead, hire, train, and develop team members
- Ensure exceptional guest service and food quality
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs
- Drive sales, productivity, and operational excellence
- Maintain a positive, team-focused work environment
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Financial and operational knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
