Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Field Service Technician, you will:
- Install, repair, and maintain cash automation equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrade hardware and software systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Communicate clearly with the QDS team and customers via Microsoft Outlook and other tools.
- Maintain detailed records and adhere to company processes.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseOur ideal candidate embodies the qualities of a transitioning service member: adaptability, technical proficiency, and a commitment to excellence. You should have:
- 1+ years of hands-on technical or mechanical experience (field service or related experience preferred).
- Familiarity with installation or repair in areas such as IT networking, electrical wiring, mechanical systems, or security systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and an understanding of technical diagrams or manuals.
- Physical ability to lift 50-75 pounds and drive up to 6-8 hours per day.
- A clean driving record, as well as the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
