Job DescriptionDescriptionAre you a transitioning military service member with a background in low-voltage systems, technical troubleshooting, or mechanical skills? Join our team on the East Coast of the United States, where you will work on cash automation equipment like counters, recyclers, and ATMs. You'll use the skills you developed in the military to maintain critical systems, build relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Field Service Technician, you will:

  • Install, repair, and maintain cash automation equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrade hardware and software systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability.
  • Communicate clearly with the QDS team and customers via Microsoft Outlook and other tools.
  • Maintain detailed records and adhere to company processes.



Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseOur ideal candidate embodies the qualities of a transitioning service member: adaptability, technical proficiency, and a commitment to excellence. You should have:

  • 1+ years of hands-on technical or mechanical experience (field service or related experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with installation or repair in areas such as IT networking, electrical wiring, mechanical systems, or security systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills and an understanding of technical diagrams or manuals.
  • Physical ability to lift 50-75 pounds and drive up to 6-8 hours per day.
  • A clean driving record, as well as the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
