Job Description

We partner with a local electric utility to provide free energy-saving upgrades in residential homes across Florida. This is a field-based role with travel and long-term contract potential (up to 24 months).

Responsibilities

Install energy-efficient products (LED bulbs, low-flow showerheads, insulation, sealants, etc.)
Educate customers on reducing energy usage
Accurately document work and quality reports
Drive company vehicles to homes and hotels
Travel throughout Florida (~60%)

Schedule & Perks

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional Saturdays)
Possible 4-day/10-hour schedule
Hotel arranged & paid while traveling
Food reimbursement during travel
Vehicle provided
Potential performance and safety bonuses

Requirements

Customer service, installation, construction, HVAC, or similar background preferred
Valid Driver’s License (MVR required)
Ability to pass background and drug screen
Strong communication, safety-focused, detail-oriented
Spanish a plus (not required)
