Your Impact
- Provide skilled nursing care (assessments, wound care, medication management, patient education) in home settings.
- Lead documentations, care planning, and compliance with federal/state regulations.
- Mentor future team members and collaborate with leadership to refine clinical protocols.
- Build trusted relationships with physicians, case managers, and community partners. We Need You To Bring
Active RN license in Florida
- 2+ years of home health experience
- Deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
- Proficiency in EHR systems (training provided for our platform)
- Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto
