We are looking for a team player willing to take ownership of a client's case, including direct contact with clients and opposing counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and handling mediations, conferences, pretrial hearings, and trials. You need to have strong skills in the following areas: written and oral communication, negotiation, and courtroom presentation.
