Facilities Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with repairs, installations, and upgrades of facilities and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, building trades, or related field
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus
