Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent at FastTrax, you are the first face guests see—and the first step in delivering a high-energy, unforgettable experience. You’ll check in racers, book attractions, and guide guests through everything FastTrax has to offer, all while keeping lines moving and smiles wide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Check in guests for go-karts, duckpin bowling, and arcade packages
- Answer questions about pricing, promotions, events, and membership options
- Operate the POS system to process payments and bookings
- Sell gift cards, game cards, and merchandise
- Answer phones and assist with party or group function inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and entry area
- Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth guest flow
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Able to stand for long periods and work in a high-traffic environment
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
- Prior front desk, cashier, or hospitality experience is a plus
