Parc is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP 1) to join our team at Burkett Villa. In this role, you will provide care and support to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe and respectful environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, and other personal care needs.
• Supporting residents in daily living skills, leisure activities, and social interactions.
• Implementing skill-building and behavior support programs.
• Accompanying and transporting residents to medical appointments and community outings.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Documenting services and resident progress in compliance with Parc and State guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• CNA license or Med Tech certification a plus.
• Must meet APD training requirements and be able to obtain and maintain a Parc Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively support the physical and social needs of residents.

Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
