Job Title: Window Inspection Associate
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
Shift: 1st Shift — Four 10-hour days (Monday–Thursday), 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Window Inspection Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for visually inspecting windows to ensure product quality and accuracy. Full training will be provided, including instruction on visual inspection procedures and the use of basic tools or gauges as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough visual inspections of windows to identify defects or irregularities
- Use hand tools and gauges when required (training provided)
- Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely
- Basic experience using hand tools or gauges (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliability and strong work ethic
Training Provided:
All employees will receive comprehensive training on window inspection standards and any tools or gauges used in the inspection process.
Work Environment:
This is a hands-on, physical role in a production setting. Candidates should be comfortable standing, moving, and lifting throughout the shift.
