Autonomous Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Outpatient Internal Medicine (Part-Time)

Location: Margate, FL

Compensation: $55 – $60/hour

Employment Type: Part-Time (Outpatient-only)

About Us:

Our well-established outpatient primary care/internal medicine clinic is seeking a fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with 5+ years of primary care experience. Join a supportive, collaborative team focused on long-term management of chronic conditions, preventive care, and achieving top quality measures.

Responsibilities:

✅ Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses-Adults only.

✅ Perform comprehensive physical exams and preventive screenings

✅ Develop and implement patient management policies and care plans

✅ Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments

✅ Meet HEDIS/MRA quality measures in a timely manner

✅ Maintain accurate records using eClinicalWorks

✅ Facilitate referrals to specialists as needed

✅ Communicate with physicians/specialists to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

✔️ Active & unrestricted Florida APRN-C or PA-C license

✔️ Fully bilingual in Spanish and English

✔️ 5+ years of outpatient adult primary care/internal medicine experience

✔️ Proficiency with eClinicalWorks

✔️ Familiarity with HEDIS and Medicare Risk Adjustment

✔️ Strong communication, teamwork, and independent decision-making skills
