Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Organizing the player selection process for Baller League US
  • Managing the relationship with clubs during the competition
  • Coordinating the necessary services to ensure that the competitions are carried out according to the defined norms and quality standards
  • Planning and organization of the season and the events that are part of it
  • Coordination, management and communication with the Competition teams, attending to their doubts and requests
  • Solving incidents and proposing solutions to problems.
  • Forecast and management of sports equipment and corresponding management with suppliers
  • Contribute to create a positive, respectful and inclusive culture within the team and the organization in general.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination of sports competitions or football clubs
  • Experience as a football player, coach or referee valuable
  • Proactivity and flexibility
  • Resolute attitude to manage unforeseen events
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in coordination with the team
  • Organization and planning
