Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, fast-casual restaurant and/or retail environment
- Friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with people
- Able to work independently while successfully implementing company policies
- Leads with integrity, honesty, and a strong alignment with brand values and mission
- Skilled at planning, delegating, and clearly communicating responsibilities
- Servant-leader mindset: holds self and team accountable
- Steady under pressure—able to manage high-volume shifts and unexpected challenges with ease
- Capable of overseeing more than one location
- Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of store operations
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for both guests and employees
- Coach and empower team members with feedback, support, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws for non-exempt team members and minors
- Represent the brand with professionalism both inside and outside the workplace
- Gather and act on customer feedback to meet guest and community needs
- Leverage operational tools (labor scheduler, status reports, cash and inventory management) to achieve excellence
- Collaborate with external resources to execute company initiatives effectively
- Monitor staffing levels, support team development, and lead talent acquisition efforts
- Read and interpret P&Ls, manage inventory, and negotiate with vendors
