Position Summary
We’re seeking a collaborative and versatile Marketing Manager to drive All Star’s marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This high-impact role will shape and share the All Star story through integrated campaigns, trade shows and events, sales enablement, and external communications. The Marketing Manager will also supervise a Marketing Specialist and partner closely with Campaign Management, Sales, and Operations. Success in this role requires strong project management, messaging, and communication skills - plus a storyteller’s instinct and a discerning eye for design that make marketing unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing & Campaign Support
- Develop and execute compelling, consistent messaging across marketing campaigns.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure campaign deliverables align with business goals and sales needs.
- Tailor messaging to audience segments and distribute through the right channels.
Sales Enablement & Internal Communications
- Act as liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring clarity of campaign goals, assets, and timelines.
- Lead enablement efforts including campaign briefs, toolkits, and training sessions.
- Collect feedback from sales to refine materials and improve effectiveness.
- Manage company-wide internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement.
Trade Show & Event Marketing
- Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and field marketing events from end to end.
- Oversee pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and lead capture in partnership with sales.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor a Marketing Specialist, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
- Foster collaboration within the broader marketing team to drive results.
Project & Performance Management
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across departments to keep initiatives on track.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and event performance to refine future strategies and maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing; healthcare or staffing industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Experience managing trade shows and events from start to finish.
- Excellent writing, messaging, and communication skills.
- Prior experience supervising or mentoring team members.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus.
- Experience with internal communication tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, intranets) a plus.
