- End Date: March 23, 2026\n
- Duration: 13-week contract\n
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)\n
- Hours per Week: 36\n
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1840 - $1980\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida or compact state (Florida RN jobs)\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience\n
- At least 2 completed travel nurse assignments\n
- Clinical experience in L&D, postpartum, nursery, and Mother/Baby units\n
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP\n
- PALS certification (obtainable within 30 days of start)\n
- AWHONN preferred (can be completed onsite)\n
- Ability to float to other hospital units as needed\n
- AHCA clearance required for Florida healthcare placements\n
- Secure housing within 50 miles of the facility prior to acceptance\n
\n\nLabor & Delivery RN Responsibilities\n

- Provide comprehensive nursing care during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal phases\n
- Utilize the nursing process in compliance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies\n
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in all aspects of patient care\n
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training\n
- Delegate patient care tasks based on staff qualifications and experience\n
- Supervise and provide direction to assigned healthcare personnel\n
- Float to other clinical units as required by facility needs\n
