Location: LuxMedSpa Brickell – 805 S Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33130

Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Compensation: Commission-based + opportunity for high-end clientele growth

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced, motivated Massage Therapist eager to make their mark in one of Miami’s most luxurious spa environments. This is an independent 1099 position ideal for a professional who wants to build their personal brand, attract their own clientele, and grow alongside a respected luxury spa.

You’ll have access to a high-end environment, exclusive clientele, and the freedom to promote yourself while being part of a sophisticated wellness destination.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional massage services tailored to each client’s needs
• Maintain a luxury-level experience from start to finish
• Market and advertise your services through social media and local outreach
• Collaborate with spa management to support promotions and events
• Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and compliance with state regulations

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Massage Therapy License (required)
• 2+ years of experience preferred in spa or luxury hospitality settings
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and confident in marketing yourself and building clientele
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability
• Desire to represent LuxMedSpa’s high standards of care and presentation
