What You’ll Do…
As a Supervisor, CITY Interiors, your primary responsibilities will be to:
40% Department Management -Manages the design team daily to help resolve problems and create
standards to improve processes. Innovates and reinvents standards to hit and exceed department KPIs.
Works closely with the retail sales and leadership team to ensure all teams are working effectively &
efficiently together.
25% Daily Management - Assists in daily management of the Design Team of the region. Answers
Associate/Customer inquiries, and handles customer service issues● 15% Training/Coaching - Assists in training and coaching Associates on products and services.
5% Professional Development – Obtains certifications and training related to job performance and
product knowledge within a specified period of time. Uses the online Learning Management System
(LMS) to obtain knowledge and development. Attends Instructor Lead Training (ILT) sessions to obtain
knowledge and development. Takes steps to develop into a current position as a Supervisor, and has
the initiative to learn and take on additional management training/tasks in preparation for the next step.
5% Reporting – Reviews all daily sales reports. Evaluates monthly sales analysis by sku with
management. Completes credit report, discount reports audits on assigned day(s).
10% Communications & Audits – Conducts meetings. Communicates sales promotions/events and
incentive contests to the team. Audits appointments and schedules.
Additional duties and responsibilities as a Supervisor, CITY Interiors:
● Adheres to assigned all Standard Work and Role and Responsibilities for your role.
● Stay up-to-date with new product information and industry news.
● Understand the features and benefits of products to address customer needs effectively.
● Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Compensation: $55K/yr

What’s Required…
Education & Work Experience:
o Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
o Three to five years of experience in or from a related field is required.
o Interior Design license preferred.
Work Environment & Schedule:
o Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a flexible and accommodating full-time,
42.5-hour-per-week schedule
o 45% of Travel
Technology Requirements:
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.)
o Google Suite (i.e. Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
o Sketch Up, Design Files, AutoCAD or equivalent (Preferred)
o You’ll use an iPad for all training, transactions, financing applications, inventory checks, etc.

o Florida Driver’s License
