Job Description? Responsibilities

  • Operate office equipment: scanning, printing, copying, and mailing
  • Collect daily mail from the Post Office
  • Distribute incoming mail and packages (FedEx, UPS)
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail and shipments (FedEx, UPS)
  • Stock and maintain copy/printer stations with supplies
  • Deliver in-office mail and packages hourly
  • Assist with trial prep: copying, binder setup, conference room setup
  • Perform copier maintenance: service calls, toner/paper orders, troubleshooting
  • Set up and clean conference rooms
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock in the lounge
  • Coordinate courier deliveries and make local pickups/drop-offs
  • Support special event setup and cleanup
  • Manage office and kitchen supply inventory and ordering
  • Provide receptionist coverage as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

? Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or related fields
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility for occasional overtime and schedule adjustments

Work Type- Full time, onsite, direct hire- Pay: $20-22/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
