This is an exceptional opportunity to build a rewarding future as part of our Margaritaville family.A Full Specialist provides both skin care and nail services, including facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures, while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a resort Spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional skin care and nail services to guests, including facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures, in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Escort Spa guests to and from treatment rooms, ensuring comfort and attending to any immediate needs throughout the Spa visit.
• Assist with guest inquiries and help coordinate all guest requests for Spa services.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms and work areas in accordance with Spa standards.
• Promote and sell Spa retail products and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Attend all Spa trainings, meetings, and continuing education opportunities as required.

Requirements:

Must be available to work Weekends

Education

• High School Diploma required.

Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role within the Spa industry.
• Must have working knowledge of general Spa modalities and professional Spa products.

Physical Demands

Must be able to:

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 20 pounds without assistance.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time, including entire work shifts.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Use, carry, and operate necessary Spa and office equipment requiring finger dexterity.
• Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and management through verbal communication, hearing ability, and visual acuity.
• Visually work on a computer for extended periods of time.
• Adapt to moderate indoor temperatures, as the hotel environment is climate controlled.

Licenses or Certifications

• Must hold a valid Florida State Full Specialist license.
