Opening for a part-time Phlebotomist Logistics Assistant for a Mobile Phlebotomy company. Hours would be M-F 10a-2p. Ideal for individuals who are semi-retired or not seeking a full-time job.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and phlebotomy experience, present themselves professionally, and be able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. Able to communicate clearly and multitask. Works well in a small office setting, taking instructions from several people. This candidate will work closely with the Logistics manager. Will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus. Comfortable using the computer, answering multi-line phones, filing, and performing other general office tasks.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling package pick-ups
- In Office Phlebotomy
- Sort and distribute communications promptly
- Logging and filing
- Monitor the level of supplies and handle shortages
- Work closely with the Logistics Manager in scheduling and dispatching
- Perform receptionist duties
Skills
- Proven experience as a phlebotomist or lab assistant
- Knowledge of Office 365, other lab, and scheduling software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
