Join a premier HVAC contractor in Miami, Florida, as a Senior HVAC Service Technician/Installation Specialist. We're seeking an experienced professional to lead installations, maintenance, and repairs for commercial and industrial HVAC systems throughout South Florida's most prestigious properties.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Execute complex HVAC system installations, including ductwork, chillers, and digital controls
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on advanced HVAC systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes
- Provide technical guidance and superior customer service to clients
- Document service calls, repairs, and installations in digital systems
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC installation and service experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including VRF and building automation
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
