As a QA Team Lead at Awesome Motive, you’ll join the Thrive Themes team where you’ll lead a small QA team consisting of both manual testers and automated engineers, and help ensure that we ship quality, bug free code on time.
We are looking for a QA Team Lead to help us test our suite of nine integrated WordPress plugins, and our websites, to make sure that everything works as expected and according to our documentation. This role involves both hands-on manual testing and test automation development, as well as managing the workload and professional development of 2-3 manual and automated QA engineers.
This role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. You’ll be responsible for leading the QA strategy to transition us from manual testing to automated tests, and guiding your team through that transition with excellence. Ultimately, you should have the experience to monitor all stages of software development, coordinate your team's efforts to identify and resolve system malfunctions, and meet quality standards.
