The Role
As a Traveling Superintendent, you'll lead projects outside South Florida's tri-county area. You'll run a single high-end restaurant project from mobilization through closeout. This is a true Superintendent role — coordinating subcontractors, driving schedules, and owning quality. No self-perform work.
What You Bring
•Direct GC experience building high-end restaurants
•A track record of longevity, not job hopping
•Willingness to travel for extended periods
•Strong communication skills, including email

Compensation & Benefits
•Base Salary: $120K–$130K
•Overtime: FWW OT premium over 40 hours
•Per Diem & All Travel Expenses Covered
•Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
•PTO: 15 days for new hires
