We are seeking a Bilingual Immigration Paralegal to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Record and store client information
• Preparing applications for permanent residency and secondary benefits for foreign nationals.
• Processing and filing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions.
• Organizing petition packets for review and filing.
• Gathering application and petition information from external parties.
• Experience with cases such as: Consular Process, Asylum, Permanent Residency,

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an immigration paralegal
• 2 years of law-related work experience under the supervision of a licensed attorney
• Must be able to work independently
• Experience on asylum cases, Consular Process cases, Court proceedings, employment-based cases.
• Take payments, answer phones when needed,
• Extensive knowledge of visa, permanent residency, and secondary benefit applications.
• Experience in preparing petition packages for review and filling.
• Ability to manage immigration inquiries, gather required information, and keep clients informed of progress.
• Proficiency in legal terminology
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)
• Deadline and detail-oriented
