All-Pro Electrical and Air Conditioning is looking to hire a full-time Technician to save the day for our clients by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing their heating and cooling systems in the Boca Raton, FL area. Our HVAC technicians earn a salary of $19.00-$35.00 an hour, plus commission and receive excellent benefits which include 50% employee paid health insurance, 7 paid holidays, 1 week paid vacation, paid training, Costco membership, and uniforms! MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC TECHNICIAN
- EPA Certification
- Advanced understanding of heating and cooling equipment
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience
- Relevant experience with residential and commercial systems
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in confined spaces
